Accounts come from payroll. When someone leaves Atlas, their access ends automatically.

Who can use Atlerts?

Every Atlas Senior Living associate. Your account is created from payroll, so there's nothing to sign up for.

I can't sign in.

Tap "Forgot password?" and use the email you gave HR, or get a new link here. Still stuck? Write to atlerts@atlasseniorliving.com.

Does Atlerts cost anything?

No, it is free for each and every one of the associates of Atlas Senior Living communities.

I'm not getting notifications.

Check that notifications are turned on for Atlerts in your phone's Settings, and that you haven't muted the group.

06 · DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Deleting your Atlerts account.

Atlerts, by Atlas Senior Living. You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email.

From the app (iPhone or Android)

  1. Open Atlerts and go to Menu.
  2. Tap your name at the top to open your profile.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

By email

If you can't sign in, write to atlerts@atlasseniorliving.com from the email on your account. We'll confirm it's you before deleting anything.

What is deleted, right away

  • Your sign-in account
  • Your profile: name, email, community and job position
  • Your profile photo
  • Your AtlasAI conversations and settings

What is kept

  • Messages, photos and voice notes you sent stay in the conversations and groups you sent them to.
  • A record that a deletion was requested — only an internal ID and the date — so your account isn't created again automatically.

Atlerts Terms & Conditions.

By using Atlerts, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose of the Application

Atlerts is designed to facilitate internal communication, alerts, and notifications for authorized users associated with Atlas Senior Living. The application is intended for business-related purposes only.

2. Eligibility

Use of Atlerts is restricted to authorized employees, staff members, contractors, or approved users affiliated with Atlas Senior Living. Unauthorized access or use of the application is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Use the application only for lawful and authorized company purposes
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Refrain from sharing access with unauthorized individuals
  • Use the app in a professional and responsible manner

Users are responsible for all activity conducted under their account credentials.

4. Notifications and Communications

Atlerts may send notifications, alerts, announcements, and other work-related communications necessary for operational purposes. By using the app, users consent to receive such notifications.

5. Acceptable Use

Users may not:

  • Use the application for personal, unlawful, or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the app's operation
  • Upload or transmit harmful code or malicious content
  • Misuse communication features in a way that violates company policies

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, logos, and materials within Atlerts are the property of Atlas Senior Living or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of the application without prior written authorization.

7. Suspension or Termination

Atlas Senior Living reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Atlerts at any time for unauthorized use, security concerns, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Disclaimer

Atlerts is provided on an "as available" basis. While Atlas Senior Living strives to maintain reliable service, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. The company is not liable for delays, interruptions, or technical issues beyond reasonable control.

9. Changes to Terms

Atlas Senior Living may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
